Granted it might not be made for oil based but after painting only two exterior windows I noticed the pins holding the ferrule had simply fallen out. Not great to be honest, might just been a dodgy one. Feels very nice to use though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hermann K from Great 1.1/2” cutting brushGreat cutting brush. Prefer this brush over my usual 2” cutting brush when cutting into corners on ceilings and along skirting boards. I find this brush is less thick than my usual Hamilton cutting brush which helps a little with finer edges or corners. This brush does have a longer handle than most which can help for reaching the ceiling areas but also requires a little more care when working in tighter spots.

Rated 5 out of 5 by green man paint specialis from probably the best affordible brush on the marketas previously mentioned these are like purdy used to be but at a fraction of the cost i bought one as a tester but promptly bought a 5 pack after using it it really is a very nice breush, good flow, excellent paint retention and has not shed bristle's even after a wash.
